Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add 2 cups of self-rising flour to the mashed sweet potatoes and mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead gently for about 1 minute.
  5. Divide the dough into 12 equal pieces and roll each into a smooth ball.
  6. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
