Step-by-Step Instructions for 2 Ingredient Tortillas
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine plain flour and Greek yogurt until a cohesive dough forms, about 5 minutes of mixing. If dough is sticky, add extra flour. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. After chilling, remove dough and divide into 4 to 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten into circular tortillas, 6–8 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add oil or butter. Place one tortilla in the pan, cooking for 30 seconds until bubbles form. Flip and cook for another 30 seconds. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. As each tortilla finishes, transfer to a dish and cover with a cloth to keep warm and pliable.
