  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger fresh ginger can be used
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder adjust to taste
For the Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce keep extra for serving

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Wash and halve the Brussels sprouts, then toss with olive oil, kosher salt, and black pepper until coated. Air fry for 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine diced chicken breast with chili oil, ground ginger, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat chicken evenly.
  3. Remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and add the seasoned chicken. Stir gently, then air fry for an additional 12-14 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chicken reaches 160-165°F.
  4. Drizzle sweet chili sauce over the mixture and stir to coat evenly. Air fry for another 1-2 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
