Equipment

  • large pitcher
  • chilled wine glasses

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large pitcher, combine the non-alcoholic Italian orange aperitif, dry sparkling white wine alternative, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Stir gently with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds until all ingredients are well blended.
  2. Chill the pitcher in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes while gathering your preferred glassware.
  3. Just before serving, take the pitcher out of the refrigerator and add the sparkling water. Pour it gently into the mixture to maintain maximum carbonation.
  4. Fill each chilled wine glass with ice cubes, approximately halfway full. Carefully pour the Aperol Spritz Mocktail mixture over the ice.
  5. Garnish each glass with a vibrant orange slice, and optionally add edible flowers or a striped straw.
  6. Serve your refreshing Aperol Spritz Mocktail immediately.
