  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a lined baking sheet.
  2. Generously season mini turkey drumsticks with salt and pepper and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Roast the turkey drumsticks in the oven for 35-40 minutes until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
