Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, fresh basil, Italian seasoning, sea salt, black pepper, and olive oil in the baking dish.
  3. Break feta cheese into large chunks and nestle them in the center of the tomato mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
  5. Smash the roasted tomatoes and feta together until they form a cohesive sauce.
  6. Stir in chopped fresh spinach.
  7. Layer cubed chicken on top and return to the oven, lowering temperature to 350°F (175°C). Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Cook celentani pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well.
  9. Combine the cooked pasta with the chicken and veggie mixture in the baking dish.
