  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs Can switch to bone-in, adjusting bake time as necessary.

  • 1 cup Reserved Marinade Mix with extra tahini and water if needed.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine tahini, za'atar, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, and minced garlic until smooth.
  2. Marinate Chicken: Reserve a quarter of marinade, add chicken, coat well, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Bake Chicken: Arrange chicken on baking sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Prepare Sauce: While baking, transfer reserved marinade to a bowl, and thin out with a splash of water if needed.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then drizzle with sauce and serve warm.
