  • 1/2 cup Sour Deli Pickle

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium skillet, combine chicken stock and apple juice, bringing to a gentle simmer. Add chicken, cover, and poach until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  2. In another skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, combine tomato paste, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, along with sautéed onion and garlic mixture and grill seasoning blend.
  4. Shred poached chicken and mix with BBQ sauce, simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Assemble sammies by filling buns with BBQ chicken and top with pickles.
