Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, add 1 cup of milk along with 1/4 cup of chia seeds and optional sweetener. Whisk for 1-2 minutes until chia seeds are well-distributed.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  3. After chilling, stir the pudding to re-distribute any clumped chia seeds.
  4. Scoop the chia pudding into serving glasses, filling each about three-quarters full. Top with fresh berries.
