Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together oats, chia seeds, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
  2. If using frozen blueberries, gently microwave them for about 30 seconds until warmed, then mash with a fork to create a jam-like consistency.
  3. Spoon the creamy oat mixture into jars, leaving space for the blueberries. Layer or swirl the mashed blueberries as desired.
  4. Seal the jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve cold or warm in the microwave for 30 seconds, adding optional toppings if desired.
