Cookie Layer Preparation
  1. Cream 10.5 tbsp salted butter with 3/4 cup granulated sugar and dark brown sugar until fluffy.

  3. Whisk together 3.5 cups flour, 1 tsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt.
