Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, minced garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and chopped basil. Mix well and let sit for about 10 minutes.
  2. While the topping is resting, season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side.
  3. In a pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and return to pot with a drizzle of olive oil.
  4. In the skillet used for chicken, combine pasta with sliced chicken and bruschetta topping. Toss over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Enjoy!
