Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel, core, and dice the Bosc pears. Toss them in a mixing bowl with butterscotch sauce, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry into a 10x10-inch square and cut it into four equal squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of pear mixture in the center of each pastry square. Brush edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
  5. Dock the tops of each pastry with a fork. Brush with an egg wash (egg mixed with water).
  6. Chill turnovers in the freezer for 10 minutes. Bake for 23-25 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes before serving.
