  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Monterey Jack can be swapped for variety.
  • ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese Adds a sharp, tangy note.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese, softened Ensure it's softened for smooth mixing.
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise Contributes moisture and subtle tang.
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced Infuses savory flavor.
  • 1 tsp Paprika Add cayenne for extra heat.
  • Salt and pepper Adjust to taste for perfect flavor.
  • 2 tbsp Medium flour tortillas Choose soft and pliable for easier rolling.
Garlic Cream Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Butter Base for the luscious sauce.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Creates a velvety garlic sauce.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped Adds color and freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a medium flour tortilla and place a generous amount of the seafood mixture in the center. Roll tightly and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the heavy cream, stirring constantly. Bring to a gentle simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Pour the garlic cream sauce evenly over the tortilla bombs and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
