- Measure 6 cups of Chex cereal and place it in a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, add 2 cups of high-quality white chocolate chips. Heat in the microwave on high for 20–30 seconds at a time, stirring in between each interval.
- Pour the melted white chocolate over the Chex cereal and fold to coat evenly.
- In a plastic bag, combine 1 cup of cheesecake-flavored sugar with 1 tablespoon of cherry flavoring. Add the chocolate-coated Chex cereal to the bag, seal it tightly, and shake gently.
- Spread the coated mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Once set, break apart any clumps and transfer the Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow to an airtight container for storage or serve immediately.
