  • 1 cup Water Regular tap water
For the Iced Latte Base
  • 1 cup Cold Brew Coffee or Espresso Strong cold brew or two shots of espresso
  • 1 cup Vanilla Almond Milk Opt for unsweetened
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Almond Creamer Adjust based on preference
To Assemble the Latte
  • 2-3 tablespoons Cherry Simple Syrup Adjust to taste

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cherries, sugar or monk fruit sweetener, and water. Stir occasionally and press down on the cherries until they soften and release their juices—about 5–7 minutes. Once thickened, remove from heat, strain, and let cool.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to the top. Add the cherry simple syrup, adjusting sweetness to preference. Froth together the vanilla almond milk and vanilla almond creamer until well combined—about 30 seconds.
  3. Pour the frothed vanilla almond milk mixture over the cherry syrup and ice, then gently add the cold brew coffee or chilled espresso on top. Stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve and enjoy! Garnish with fresh cherries or chocolate chips for added texture.
