Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine 2 cups of pitted cherries, ½ cup of sugar or monk fruit sweetener, and ½ cup of water in a saucepan. Simmer for about 10 minutes, pressing cherries to release juices. Strain and cool.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour in 2-3 tablespoons of cooled cherry simple syrup.
  3. Froth ½ cup of vanilla almond milk and 2 tablespoons of vanilla almond creamer for about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Pour the frothed milk over the ice and cherry syrup, then add ½ cup of cold brew coffee or espresso.
  5. Stir gently to combine without losing the layered appearance. Adjust sweetness with more cherry syrup if desired.
