Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Spread the breaded chicken breast chunks on the greased baking sheet and bake for approximately 12 minutes.
  3. While the chicken bakes, cut the frozen homestyle waffles into nine equal pieces.
  4. Melt salted butter in a small bowl and mix in maple syrup to create a drizzle.
  5. Arrange the cooked chicken and waffle pieces on the baking sheet, brushing the waffle pieces with the butter-maple mixture.
  6. Bake again for 2-3 minutes until waffles are golden brown and chicken is heated.
  7. Once baked, assemble skewers by threading chicken followed by a waffle piece.
