  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.
  6. Scoop out 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of dough, roll into balls, and coat with granulated sugar, sprinkles, or powdered sugar.
  7. Place the coated balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
