- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and brown sugar and stir until it comes to a boil, about 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the hot toffee mixture over the crackers. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the toffee. Let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer.
- Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
- Lightly sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
- Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
