Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the unsalted butter and brown sugar and stir until it comes to a boil, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the hot toffee mixture over the crackers. Bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle semi-sweet chocolate chips over the toffee. Let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Spread the melted chocolate into an even layer.
  7. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  8. Lightly sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top.
  9. Allow to cool completely for about 30 minutes before breaking into pieces.
