Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fusilli pasta and cook according to package instructions, about 8 to 10 minutes, until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a salad bowl, combine cooled fusilli pasta, chopped chicken, cherry tomatoes, scallions, black olives, and cilantro. Toss to combine.
