Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, greased lightly.
  2. Blend full-fat cottage cheese, eggs, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a blender for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour the blend onto the baking sheet, spreading it into an even rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is set and lightly golden.
  5. Allow the wraps to cool completely on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Cut the cooled wraps into sections and fill them with your choice of ingredients.
