- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with olive oil.

- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes, then sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
- Slice into portions and serve warm with optional sour cream and lime wedges.
