Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by juicing fresh oranges until you have about one cup of vibrant orange juice. Strain the juice into a large mixing pitcher.
  2. Pour in one cup of pure cranberry juice into the same mixing pitcher. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup, and stir gently for 30 seconds.
  3. Slowly pour in 1 cup of chilled club soda or seltzer. Stir gently for 15 seconds to keep the sparkle alive.
  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes, then carefully pour the mocktail mixture over the ice, filling each glass about three-quarters full.
  5. Garnish each drink with a fresh orange slice, a few mint leaves, and a couple of cranberries for a festive finish.
