Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Chop the cocktail onions into small, uniform pieces and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt unsalted butter until bubbly. Add panko breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, ketchup, sugar, horseradish, and seasonings. Use a hand mixer to blend until smooth. Fold in chopped cocktail onions.
  4. Transfer the creamy mixture into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the reserved breadcrumb mixture. Garnish with dried parsley.
  5. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with crackers, chips, or vegetable sticks.
