- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise and 1 cup of sour cream until completely smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Stir in ¼ cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish, and 1 teaspoon of paprika until well integrated.
- Add ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon of granulated garlic, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper.
- If desired, mix in ⅛ teaspoon of cayenne pepper to achieve desired heat level.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer sauce to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Before serving, stir gently and adjust seasoning if necessary.
