  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and let sit.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat, then sear salmon fillets skin-side up for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Flip the salmon and cook for another 3-4 minutes until cooked through and flaky. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add unsalted butter to the skillet, melt, and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well, then add Dijon mustard and lemon juice. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and season as needed.
  7. Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
