  2. Add ground turkey to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 7-10 minutes, breaking it up until browned.
  3. Stir in cooked pasta and cottage cheese, mixing until cottage cheese melts into a creamy sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  4. Fold in fresh spinach and allow it to wilt for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle in grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil, and cook for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
