- Return the sausage to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and add Italian seasoning; simmer for 4–5 minutes.
- Combine drained pasta with the sausage and sauce in the skillet, adjusting sauce consistency with reserved pasta water.
- Stir in freshly grated Parmesan and greens, cooking for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
- Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
