Method
 

Cooking Instructions

  3. Cook pasta in a separate pot according to package instructions until al dente, about 8–10 minutes.
  4. Return the sausage to the skillet, pour in heavy cream, and add Italian seasoning; simmer for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Combine drained pasta with the sausage and sauce in the skillet, adjusting sauce consistency with reserved pasta water.
  6. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan and greens, cooking for 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
