Step-by-Step Instructions for Mango Pudding
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2.5 packets of gelatin and the desired amount of sugar to taste.
  2. Pour in 1 cup of boiling water into the gelatin and sugar mixture, stirring continuously for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
