- In a large skillet, over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until onion is soft and translucent.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika, then add tortellini. Increase heat until boiling, about 2 minutes.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer for 3-5 minutes, cooking tortellini until al dente, stirring occasionally.
- Lower heat and mix in heavy cream, allowing sauce to thicken for 2–3 minutes while stirring constantly.
- Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for garnish. Serve warm directly from the skillet.
