Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, over medium heat, add ground beef. Cook until browned and no longer pink, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2–3 minutes until onion is soft and translucent.
  3. Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and paprika, then add tortellini. Increase heat until boiling, about 2 minutes.
  4. Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer for 3-5 minutes, cooking tortellini until al dente, stirring occasionally.
  5. Lower heat and mix in heavy cream, allowing sauce to thicken for 2–3 minutes while stirring constantly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for garnish. Serve warm directly from the skillet.
