Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wrap whole heads of garlic in aluminum foil and roast for 30–40 minutes until soft and golden brown.
  2. Once cooled, squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves into a food processor. Add white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If too thick, add a splash of water while blending to adjust the consistency.
  4. Taste the dip and adjust flavors with more lemon juice or salt as needed, then blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Serve with vegetable sticks, crusty bread, or pretzels.
