  • 1 cup Onion Diced.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms Sliced.
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth Can substitute with vegetable broth.
  • 2-3 cups Rotisserie Chicken Shredded.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Substitute with half-and-half for a lighter version.

Cooking Steps
  1. Melt the Butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Sauté the Aromatics: Add diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until onion is translucent.
  3. Cook the Mushrooms, stirring for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  4. Add Chicken Broth and bring to simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Incorporate the Shredded Chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Stir in the Heavy Cream until well combined.
  7. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy with crusty bread or salad.
