Step-by-Step Instructions for Air Fryer Bang Bang Salmon Bites
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes. Cut the fresh salmon fillets into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl. Add the panko breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  2. Form the mixture into evenly sized bites, around 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter, and set aside on a plate to meld flavors.
  3. Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook at 400°F (200°C) for approximately 10-12 minutes until golden brown and opaque.
  4. For the sauce, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic powder in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  5. Remove cooked salmon bites from the air fryer, transfer to a platter, drizzle with bang bang sauce or serve on the side.
