- Combine shredded chicken with salt, pepper, and ranch dressing in a mixing bowl.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer the filling: chicken, mozzarella, lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Lightly spray olive oil on the outside of each wrap.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook wraps for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
