Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and heat the skillet on medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Drizzle olive oil into the hot skillet and swirl to coat the bottom.
  3. Press the pizza dough evenly into the skillet, covering the bottom and slightly up the sides.
  4. Spread pizza sauce over the dough, leaving half an inch around the edge.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the sauce and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Cook the skillet on the stovetop for about 2 minutes to set the bottom crust.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese bubbles.
  8. Remove from the oven and let the pizza rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Slice the pizza and serve hot.
