Preparation Steps
  1. Pat dry the burrata with paper towels and refrigerate.
  2. Set up a breading station with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat burrata in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a frying pan until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the burrata for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Drain the fried burrata on paper towels.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, lime juice, and garlic for the sauce.
  8. Serve fried burrata with spicy sauce and garnish with cilantro.
