Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Wash and cut the Yukon Gold potatoes into bite-sized pieces, toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for about 15 minutes.
  3. Add seasoned chicken to the baking sheet with roasted potatoes, cook for 20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. In a saucepan, combine chicken broth, cream, and Parmesan cheese, stirring over medium heat until sauce thickens.
  5. Once cooked, transfer chicken and potatoes to the saucepan and gently stir to coat with the sauce. Simmer for a few minutes.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs.
