- Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with foil and parchment paper.
- Combine 1/2 cup melted butter with 2-3 minced garlic cloves in a small bowl.
- Mix 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp kosher salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp dried thyme, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, and 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken wings to a mixing bowl and toss with half the seasoning mix.

- Arrange the wings in a single layer on the tray and bake for 45-50 minutes.
