  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust the amount to suit your spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh juice will enhance the drizzle's taste.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, chopped dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper.
  3. Lay 2 sheets of phyllo pastry on a clean surface and brush each layer with olive oil.
  4. Cut the oiled phyllo sheets into four equal strips.
  5. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the feta mixture at the end of each phyllo strip.
  6. Fold the sides of each phyllo strip over the filling and roll tightly.
  7. Brush the tops of the rolls with remaining olive oil.
  8. Bake the rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Mix honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a small saucepan over low heat until runny.
  10. Drizzle the warm sweet chili honey over the baked rolls before serving.
