Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. Lay out the soft taco-size flour tortillas and spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each, leaving half an inch from the edges.
  3. In the center of each tortilla, place 3-4 slices of pepperoni and a string cheese stick.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly and seal the edges securely.
  5. Brush the outside of each roll with extra virgin olive oil.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 9-10 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  7. Once cooked, let the pizza rolls cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
