- Prick the spaghetti squash and microwave for 7-8 minutes until soft. Cut in half and scoop out the seeds.

- Mix spaghetti strands, green onion, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until combined.
- Use an ice cream scoop to fill a mini muffin tin with the mixture and press down gently.
- Spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the tots, spray again, and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
- Cool for a few minutes, then invert the muffin tin to release the tots and serve warm.
