Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (or 400°F for lower temperature).
  2. Prick the spaghetti squash and microwave for 7-8 minutes until soft. Cut in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Scrape the spaghetti strands with a fork and wring out excess moisture with a kitchen towel.
  4. Mix spaghetti strands, green onion, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl until combined.
  5. Use an ice cream scoop to fill a mini muffin tin with the mixture and press down gently.
  6. Spray the tops with olive oil spray and bake for 10 minutes. Flip the tots, spray again, and bake for another 10 minutes until crispy.
  7. Cool for a few minutes, then invert the muffin tin to release the tots and serve warm.
