Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your crock pot with cooking spray.
  2. Pour 1/2 cup of water into the bottom of the crock pot and add the chicken breasts.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken reaches 165°F.
  4. Remove and shred the chicken using two forks.
  5. Drain excess water and return shredded chicken to the pot; add Caesar dressing and mix well.
  6. Cover and heat on low for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Assemble wraps with about 1/2 cup of the mix, lettuce, and Parmesan; wrap tightly.
  8. Serve immediately with a side of chips or salad.
