Ingredients

For the Salad
  • 6 slices Thick-Cut Bacon Adds savory flavor and texture; opt for fatty bacon for a perfect crisp.
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes Contributes sweetness and juiciness; slicing them in half enhances the flavor distribution.
  • 2 cups English Cucumbers Offers a refreshing crunch; dice for easier mixing and serving.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing Provides creamy tanginess; low-fat options work well.
  • Bacon Drippings Optional but adds an extra layer of flavor.

  3. In a separate bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of Ranch dressing and reserved bacon drippings if desired. Stir in crumbled bacon.
  4. Pour the bacon ranch dressing mixture over the cucumber and tomato blend and gently fold the mixture to coat.
  5. Taste the salad after mixing, and season with salt and freshly cracked pepper according to preference.
  6. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
