  3. Slowly incorporate 1 cup of dry brownie mix into the mixture on low speed, mixing just until no dry streaks remain.
  4. Add 1-2 tablespoons of milk to reach desired consistency, mixing gently.
  5. Fold in 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips gently to avoid overmixing.
  6. Scoop the dip into a serving bowl, garnish with extra mini chocolate chips, and serve with dippers.
