Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Melt the butter in a bowl and whisk in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and red food coloring until smooth.
  3. Add salt, espresso powder, vinegar, and eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  4. Fold in flour gently until just combined.
  5. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and egg yolk until smooth.
  6. Spoon brownie batter into muffin cups, add cream cheese mixture, and layer more brownie batter on top.
