- Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat them in the microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, covering about three-quarters of the berry.
- Immediately roll or dip the bottom of each strawberry into blue sprinkles.
