Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Air Fryer Apple Pie Bombs
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 3/4 cup of granulated sugar with 3 teaspoons of apple pie spice. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Carefully open the package of Pillsbury Grand biscuits and separate each biscuit into two layers, resulting in 16 pieces. Flatten each layer into 4-inch circles.
  3. In a small bowl, mix 1 cup of diced apple pie filling with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Stir gently to combine.
  4. On each biscuit circle, spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the apple filling mixture. Fold the circle over to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F. Spray the basket with cooking spray and arrange the filled bombs inside. Lightly spray the tops and air fry for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, remove the bombs and dip each in melted butter, then roll them in the prepared cinnamon sugar mixture while warm.
