Step-By-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the milk, melted unsalted butter, and large eggs. Whisk these ingredients together until fully combined.
  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Stir gently until everything is just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the diced apples using a spatula or wooden spoon.
  6. Using a large spoon or cookie scoop, drop spoonfuls of the batter onto your prepared baking sheet.
