Ingredients

For the Base
  • ½ cup Coconut Oil Provides moisture and richness; substitute with melted butter or a neutral oil.
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Gives structure to the bars; use a gluten-free flour blend for gluten-free options.
  • 1 ½ cups Quick Oats Adds texture and bulk; rolled oats can be used, but they'll yield a chewier texture.
  • ½ cup Maple Syrup A natural sweetener enhancing flavor and moisture; can be swapped with honey or agave syrup.
  • ½ cup Coconut Sugar Adds sweetness with a hint of caramel flavor; granulated sugar can work, but adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder Helps the bars rise; make sure it's fresh for the best results.
  • a pinch Salt Balances sweetness; essential for flavor.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Raspberry Preserves Provides moisture and sweetness; feel free to replace with any fruit preserves or fresh berries.
